Shoot it. Develop it. Print it! Spend five weeks exploring the hands-on world of traditional black-and-white photography. Learn to shoot 35mm film, process your own negatives, make contact sheets, and bring your images to life in the darkroom. Along the way, experiment with light, exposure, contrast, and printing techniques as you develop your own creative approach to photography. Prior darkroom experience is not required. This course is appropriate for beginning photographers interested in learning traditional processes as well as digital photographers who want to expand their understanding of photographic craft through analog image making.

A 35mm film camera is required. If you do not have one we have a few limited loaners to use. Please note all loaners require a CC hold for the duration of the class.
