299 Advanced Open Studio @ Sawtooth
Open Studio - Ceramics | Registration opens 8/11/2026 9:00 AM EDT
This class is available only to students who have taken at least 2 clay classes at Sawtooth and must be approved by the Ceramics Program Director. Enrollment provides access to both the wheel throwing or handbuilding studios during hours when there is not a class scheduled.

Ages: 16 - Adult
The tuition includes open studio access, studio glazes, and firings.
To maintain the integrity of our equipment, only clay purchased through Sawtooth can be fired in our bisque and glaze kilns.
Clay is NOT included with this registration and will need to be purchased at the registration desk when the session begins.
- Students may use the studio during posted open studio hours.

Marisa Henry
Marisa Henryy is a small batch ceramic artist and illustrator, born and raised in the Piedmont of North Carolina. She holds a BFA from UNC Asheville and has been a long-term artist in residence at MudFire Studio & Gallery and Sawtooth School for Visual Art.
