This immersive, one-day workshop is hands-on class and designed to show you how powerful smartphone video editing can be—using a variety of free editing apps available for both iOS and Android. Please note this class will use the follow free video editng apps. PREMIERE and VN. This class will NOT USE CapCut.
Meeting once on a Saturday. This immersive class session builds on the previous smartphone video class as students learn how to organize clips into a clear timeline, shape narrative cohesion, and apply transitions that feel intentional rather than distracting. We’ll break down editing concepts in a practical, easy-to-understand way, focusing on real-world techniques used by professionals and adapting them for mobile workflows.
By the end of the course, students will have completed a short video project that feels cohesive, refined, and ready to share—proving that you don’t need expensive software or a desktop computer to tell compelling visual stories.
