If you love nature and art, this is the class for you! Join us as we explore nature through art and create nature journals, leaf prints, bug bracelets, and more. As we express our creativity, we will learn about the connection between nature and art, and experiment with a wide variety of art mediums.

Please find general information about Camp Sawtooth here.

We offer scholarships and tuition assistance for Camp Sawtooth, and we reserve spots in each class for scholarship students.

We encourage families who qualify to apply for assistance, even if a class is marked as full on our website. In many cases, financial aid and a reserved spot may still be available.

Sawtooth School for Visual Art is dedicated to offering high-quality creative arts instruction to students from all backgrounds. We firmly believe that financial circumstances should never be a barrier to accessing our arts programming.

Booze, Sarah
Sarah Booze

Born and raised in the foothills of North Carolina, Sarah Katherine Booze has been drawing and painting since the age of 12 but started her professional art career in 2017. A self-taught artist, Sarah always found herself drawn to the beauty and wonder of the natural landscapes of the world and began to paint the places around her. Her paintings are inspired by her home in North Carolina, as well as the many places she travels.

Through color, brushwork, and composition, her art illustrates the tranquility and allure of nature. The landscapes she paints possess a quiet simplicity which invites the viewer to dive in and sit for a while.
