Hand-painted Bookmarks | Ages 9-13
Workshop - Youth | Available
Come paint your very own bookmarks in this two-hour workshop for kids ages 10-14! There will be one instructor-led bookmark painting and free paint time to paint your own bookmark design! We will be working with gouache paints to create 2.5x5.5” bookmarks. Students will also have the opportunity to laminate their art, so their bookmarks will last even longer.

Sarah Booze
Born and raised in the foothills of North Carolina, Sarah Katherine Booze has been drawing and painting since the age of 12 but started her professional art career in 2017. A self-taught artist, Sarah always found herself drawn to the beauty and wonder of the natural landscapes of the world and began to paint the places around her. Her paintings are inspired by her home in North Carolina, as well as the many places she travels.
Through color, brushwork, and composition, her art illustrates the tranquility and allure of nature. The landscapes she paints possess a quiet simplicity which invites the viewer to dive in and sit for a while.
