Explore the idea of monster as ally by creating a simple felt soft sculpture.  Much more than just an "ugly doll", this process will build self-acceptance, celebrate imperfections and focus on individual strength and wellness.  After a few warmup exercises, students use felt, thread and embellishments to begin creating.  All supplies included.  Ages 14 and up.
