From inception to execution this class is about shaping light with high contrast and complimentary subject poses that help to express a strong, bold vision suitable for a wide range statement images. From a muscian's album cover to a fashion editorial spread learn to research, plan, style, and then execute your shot (s) with tools such as Adobe Lightroom/PhotoShop, tether tools, low Key lighting techniques, and in camera/on lens effects such as but not limited to Smoque Filters, Fog machines, and more. 

Hurst, C. Stephen

C. Stephen Hurst recently moved to Winston-Salem from New York City where he spent many years as a professional photographer and instructor at the International School of Photography. Hurst is a self-taught photographer who emphasizes connection, anticipation, and communication through his process; some of Hurst’s photography clients have included the Disney Family Foundation, Nike, and Columbia Business School.
