Create a copper bookmark for yourself or a gift to tuck into a favorite book! Learn to use the roll mill, metal stamps, and hammer textures to create solid copper bookmarks. You will create two if desired... one for a shorter soft-cover book, and a longer bookmark too.  No experience is necessary, and all the materials are included in the fee. 

Davis, Nannette

Nannette Davis graduated from Kansas University with a bachelor’s degree in graphic arts and communication and a bachelor’s degree in fine art in metalsmithing. After working as a lead bench and assistant for a jewelry designer in Chicago, she built her studio and started a jewelry line. She worked for 16 years in Gatti-Davis Designs Studio in Colorado then moved to Winston-Salem in 2005 and taught in the public schools through 2011. She teaches classes at Sawtooth and sells her jewelry through craft shows and galleries.
