Do you like color, painting, and learning about ancient sciences? Here it is, folks, the combination of elemental concepts and color theory you've been waiting for!

In this single-day class, you'll learn about Ayurveda, a science from India that has been in practice for the last 6000 years, and how it relates to color and art.  Learn how to mix colors to express a more profound meaning in your art. This is great for beginners or continued learning.

Ages 12+

Ahimsa, Annah

Annah Lewis has loved color and art since childhood. They always enjoyed seeing and trying different methods and techniques during their school years. Art was a focus of study during their college years until interest in holistic wellness diverted their focus. After diving into Pilates and Yoga, the journey led to Ayurveda, the ancient science from India. They graduated from a clinical ayurveda program in 2013 and since then have been applying the concepts learned therein for all aspects of life - and most recently, arts! Annah hopes to pass along a love of art, wellness, and fun in their teachings.
