5003 Buddhism 101: Introduction to Principles and Practices

Multi-week in-person | Registration opens 8/1/26 10:00 AM

Join us for a discussion addressing the following questions. What does it mean to be a Buddhist? What does it mean to be Enlightened? What are the Wheel of Dharma, meditation, the Noble Eight-Fold Path? Are all Buddhists the same? We will explain the core concepts and principles as well as how they are commonly applied in a person's day-to-day life.

Moderators: Robert Douglas has studied and attempted informally to practice Buddhism since an undergraduate student. Roger Pomplas has been a serious, lifelong practitioner of Kagyu Buddhism, now engaged in Ngondro practice.
