Moderator: Vicki Reed has a master's degree in Criminal Justice and has written two novels, choosing to use fiction to bring the stories of kids involved in the system to life. She frequently presents at national conferences with presentations known for humor and engagement. She enjoys riding her horse and working in her native plant garden.
