Mike Nesmith is known by most as the wool-hat wearing guitar player of the "Prefab Four," but he lived a multi-faceted life both before and after the Monkees made their splash in the mid-1960s. Come along and "travel to the beat of the different drum" of this pioneer in music, film, TV, and literature over the past 60 years.

Moderator: Dan Brady was a pre-teen in the mid-1960s—the perfect target audience for the Monkees. A fan of the slapstick antics of Micky Dolenz back then, with time he came to appreciate the more cerebral humor and philosophy of Mike Nesmith.
