2203 **Let's Do It! Write Your Legacy Letter Using Jay Sherwin's Format
Multi-week in-person | Registration opens 8/18/26 10:00 AM
"Every time an old person dies, it's as if a library burns down." Maybe you have thought about it but not pushed to write your legacy letter. It’s time to review your life, think about pivotal experiences, what you have learned, what you value and want to pass on, how you want to be remembered, and leave this legacy for family and friends. We will follow Jay Sherwin's format as given in OLLI presentations—one of six parts each week and discussion with classmates (5-6 pages total).
Moderator: Kathy Richardson taught English and history at Seven Hills School for 42 years as well as ESL in Wuhan, China, and with Sister Cities exchange teachers in Cincinnati. She has led OLLI courses in memoir writing, poetry, American poets laureate, novels on coming of age or barriers and boundaries, Scout and Atticus Finch, and co-chaired Wednesday WOWs.
