2101 Pausing for Rest
multi-week ZOOM | Registration opens 8/1/26 12:00 AM
Many of us move through our days carrying more than we realize. Even when we stop physically, our minds often continue working. This gentle five-week mindfulness series explores an often-overlooked practice: learning how to rest while awake. Together, we will soften effort, reconnect with the body, quiet the mind, and cultivate greater ease and restoration. Weekly themes include Letting the Body Rest, Letting the Mind Unclench, Resting with Emotion, Resting Without Guilt, and Carrying Rest Into Life. No prior meditation experience is required—only a willingness to pause.
