Race and Racism in Cincinnati, A Three-Part Docuseries is the people's telling of Cincinnati’s history from the racial margins, a history that is not often told in school curricula or in mainstream (White) culture. This series features three separate hour-long videos that each tackle a different time span, starting from Cincinnati’s birth and bringing us to the present day. Each viewing will be followed by a facilitated discussion session.

Moderator: Bekky Baker is a Program Director at Ignite Peace (formerly Intercommunity Justice and Peace Center). For five years, she has led their criminal justice work and facilitates programming on nonviolence and anti-racism. She attended Ohio Univ. to receive a bachelor degree in Journalism and Environmental Studies and attended the Univ. of South Carolina to obtain her Master of Social Work degree.
