Moderator: Tracy Moss, MA, MDes, is a retired US Air Force Intelligence Officer and Joint Special Operations University faculty member. She developed and taught introductory and advanced curriculum in Design Thinking for Complex Systems based on her military education and experience in global special operations campaign planning.
