The US Supreme Court has numerous pending cases that touch all aspects of American society. As it gears up to issue decisions, the new term (2026–27) has already begun. Professor Katkin will discuss the most significant decisions of the present US Supreme Court term as well as other notable cases percolating in the lower courts or from the White House.

Moderator: Ken Katkin is Professor of Law at Salmon P. Chase Law School, NKU. He holds a JD from Northwestern Univ. School of Law and a BA in mathematics from Princeton. He appears frequently in local and national media as analyst for legal issues. Prior to Chase, he litigated constitutional and election law cases at Wiley, Rein & Fielding, Washington, DC.
