Learn the basics of ceramic hand-building. You will be introduced to the methods of pinch-pot, coil, and slab building and will create corresponding projects over four weeks. You will glaze your work on the final week and then pick up once it has been fired. You get to keep the pottery you make! Class fee includes clay, materials, tools, and glazes. Moderator: Charity Rust-Jordan is a local potter and artist who works in clay, textiles, watercolor and more. She also teaches Art & Mindfulness classes. Charity is an instructor at the Baker Hunt Art and Cultural Center with 10+ years of teaching experience.
