2595 IN-PERSON Nathanael Greene: Hero of the American Revolution

One-time in-Person | Available

Nathanael Greene was one of the few generals to serve with George Washington for the entire Revolutionary War. As the youngest general to serve, Greene played pivotal roles in several major battles and turning points. We’ll mark the 250th anniversary of our country’s founding with a look at this little-known hero and an overview of the war itself. Stephen McClanahan is a retired PhD chemist with an interest in American history. He is an active member of the Cincinnati Chapter of the Sons of the American Revolution.

Moderator: Stephen McClanahan
