Multi-week in-person | Available
We will explore the interfacing of resilience, and acceptance and how they relate to the work of Eckhart Tolle. It will be for a small interactive group to allow for discussion of personal experiences. In the resilience section, we will cover 8 of the 10 resilience factors cited by Steven M . Southwick and Dennis S. Charney. The acceptance section will deal with the concept of life as it is, and the Eckhart Tolle material will cover finding inner peace and strength. Iris Sageser will also present material.
