A rare gift as we travel through our aging processes is insight about ourselves...and others. Assessing and articulating our lives for deeper peace within and for connections with others (especially loved ones) is of great value. This class will prompt us to share our insights, wisdom, and foolishness, developing our individual styles and considering ways to convey insights and rewards.

Moderator: Karen Zaugg has travelled through a couple decades of aging. Given a background in administrating, mediating, and interacting with people of all sorts, she has found expertise and empathy in writing and speaking.
