**1537 Cardio, Strength, and Balance

This 45-minute fitness class combines a variety of exercises designed to build cardio endurance while strengthening total body muscles and improving balance.
Moderator: Rita Moreau has been teaching group fitness since the 1980s. She is certified by the American College of Sports Medicine as a personal trainer and is a Program Champion for Tivity Health Silver Sneakers Fitness. She has taught fitness classes as an adjunct instructor at Univ. of South Florida for the Department of Exercise Science and Physical Education.
