Class Description

Do not sign up if you have played mah jongg before, or if you cannot attend the first three sessions! You will learn to recognize tiles, interpret the card, play various hands, and learn strategies. You MUST purchase a 2026 mah jongg card BEFORE first class (large-print suggested): www.nationalmahjonggleague.org. Do NOT purchase from Amazon.

Moderator: Jerri Roberts has been enjoying this game since taking classes at OLLI many years ago. "Mahj" is rewarding, addictive, frustrating at times, but great fun—all combined with skill and luck. May the jokers be with you!
