Living with cancer is certainly a challenge. However a positive outlook can help both the patient and caregiver live a quality and even perhaps a quantity of life. The contents of this class will be based on the moderator’s journey of riding the roller coaster, when dealing with her husband’s diagnosis of stage-four pancreatic and liver cancer. Moderator: Barb Solomon was a caregiver for two and half years to her husband, Ron, as he navigated through the challenges of dealing with his stage-four pancreatic and liver cancer. She has an understanding of the ups and downs involved with the cancer treatment, and the hope for remission or cure.
