2911 Introduction to the Enneagram Personality Model
One-time in-Person | Registration opens 1/6/26 10:00 AM
The Enneagram is a personality model that describes nine patterns of thinking, feeling, and acting. It is different than most personality models because it deals with the beliefs and motivations that are at the core of our personalities. In this program, we will discuss the nine patterns (aka types) and how you can apply this knowledge for personal growth and improved relationships with others.
Moderator: Andy Bales completed the one-year Enneagram course taught by renowned Enneagram expert Dr. Deborah Ooten in 2005 and has applied the Enneagram in my personal and professional lives ever since. He has presented the Enneagram to multiple groups including work teams at Procter & Gamble, XU Master's of Mental Health Counseling students, Finneytown School District Superintendent's leadership team, and others.
