2431 Brush, Blend, and Bloom: Exploring Watercolor

Discover the beauty and versatility of watercolor in this three-week hands-on course designed for all skill levels. We’ll begin by exploring watercolor techniques, color blending, and creative mark-making, then move into two class-chosen projects that reflect your interests and style. Whether you’re brand new to painting or eager to expand your skills, you’ll leave with confidence, creativity, and original works of art. Materials will be provided with a small fee (around $10) paid to the moderator.
Moderator: Tracy Settleberry is an Assistant Professor in the College of Cooperative Education and Professional Studies at UC. She earned her BS and MA in Art Education from Miami University then taught art for six years before earning a PhD in Human Development from OSU. She loves bringing creativity into her teaching and everyday life with her four energetic kids.
