No growth comes easily. Meditation helps you shift through your worries and increase your curiosity. Discussion about the "meaning of life" and the deeper exploration of gratitude and forgiveness in your daily life will be addressed. Meditation can help you take the next step in your spiritual journey. All religious traditions are welcome.

Moderator: Kevin Celarek earned a masters degree from UC in 1974. He has meditated nearly every day for 45 years. He has studied Christian Centering Prayer, Hindu Siddha Yoga meditation, and Buddhist Insight Meditation for many years. He continues to attend Christian and Buddhist retreats to seek deeper knowledge and awareness.
