Motion is lotion for our joints and connective tissues when we are aligned to work with gravity. These slow, gentle, Bones for LifeĀ® processes will include safe rhythmic movement, awareness and intention-setting, a bit of poetry and meditation, discovering new possibilities, finding improvement through movement, many "ahas!" and spontaneous, playful fun. Movement processes will include getting down to and up from the floor. Bring a mat, towel, or blanket and your curiosity. Bare feet are recommended, but shoes are OK.

Moderator: Sharon Byrnes (MEd, C-IAYT, YA-CEP) is CEO/owner of Vibrant Aging for Life. Her goal is to help seniors live life well. She believes motion is lotion, so when she's not working, she's walking, practicing "Bones for Life" processes, and coaching savvy seniors who wish to remain independent and actively involved in life on their terms.
