Many experience injuries to the hand or wrist, the hip, and the spine joints, which can be physically and mentally challenging, often leading to pain and limited mobility. This combined OLLI/ILR course features three leading orthopedic hand/wrist, hip, and spine surgeons from UC and The Christ Hospital and three associated physical therapy specialists discussing how diagnosis and treatment have evolved over the past 30-40 years, as well as current pre-, intra- and post- surgical treatments for these injuries.

Moderator: David Butler is Professor Emeritus of Biomedical Engineering at UC who specialized in orthopedic knee and ligament biomechanics, tissue engineering, and regenerative medicine.
