The weather in Cincinnati is a problem for arthritis sufferers. Adapting to temperature changes requires seven days of continuous conditions, but we seldom have three days without radical shifts. Join Yoga Therapist and “Bones for Life” teacher Sharon Byrnes to find effective ways to manage arthritis pain without (or with fewer) drugs. We begin with two Zoom sessions followed by two in-person activity classes. The fifth week, and possibly the following two weeks as needed, are reserved for scheduled one-on-one sessions for those who have attended all the previous four sessions..
