The Tour de France is the world’s biggest sporting event. Beginning with 60 cyclists in 1903, it now has almost three times that number. In just 23 days, the race covers 2,100 miles throughout France and nearby countries. We will discuss routes, team strategies, technologies, rider nutrition for mountain climbs and sprinting down the Champs-Elysées, doping scandals, crashes, incredible costs, and legendary winners. Lots of videos and interesting stories. No need to be a cyclist to enjoy this presentation!
