2821 Health and Opportunity: Closing Gaps in Lifespan in Greater Cincinnati Neighborhoods

One-time in-Person | Registration opens 4/1/25 10:00 AM

The first half of this session addresses the conditions for health that we all deserve to access and how we can get there as a community. Everyone—no matter who they are or where they live—deserves a chance to live their healthiest life. However, data reveal a 26-year life expectancy gap between neighborhoods in our region. The second presentation takes deeper dive into the health of seniors, in particular exploring barriers and ways that older adults can best navigate MyChart and other technologies to manage their health and long-term care.

Moderators: Kate Schroder is President and CEO of Interact for Health, working to advance health outcomes in Greater Cincinnati. She has worked internationally and domestically to solve complex community health challenges. Ken Wilson is VP of Program and Business Operations for Council on Aging. He has 30+ years of experience in services and public policy that impact older adults in our region.
