1513 Cardio, Strength, and Balance

This 45-minute fitness class combines a variety of exercises designed to build cardio endurance while strengthening total body muscles and improving balance.
Moderator: Rita Moreau has been teaching group fitness since the 1980s. She is certified by the American College of Sports Medicine as a personal trainer, holds national certifications from AFAA for group exercise, and is a Program Champion for Tivity Health Silver Sneakers Fitness. She has taught fitness classes as an adjunct instructor at Univ. of South Florida Department of Exercise Science and Physical Education.
