The weather in Cincinnati is a huge problem for arthritis sufferers. Adapting to temperature changes requires seven days of continuous conditions, but we seldom have three days without radical shifts. Join Yoga Therapist and "Bones for Life" teacher Sharon Byrnes to find effective ways to manage arthritis pain without (or with fewer) drugs. This course begins with two Zoom sessions followed by two in-person activity classes. Attending all four sessions is required. No recording will be provided, and an extra session will be available for those who attend all four.

Moderator: Sharon Byrnes, internationally Certified Yoga Therapist, addresses the needs, desires, and abilities of seniors to maintain/improve wellness because everyone deserves to feel vibrant, connected, and at ease. Her body-mind balance programs have helped many people, including those with neurologic disorders, to avoid injurious falls. She believes healthy habits can add life to our years.
