Rick and Kathy Takanen are avid Road Scholar travelers. This adventure begins at the Buffalo Bill Museum complex in Cody, WY, and proceeds to Grand Tetons NP, then up to Yellowstone NP for a seven day program with Road Scholar to see the magnificent natural wonders of the park including Mammoth Hot Springs, Old Faithful, the Grand Canyon of Yellowstone, the lower falls on the Yellowstone River and large herds of bison. After the program, they follow the Beartooth Highway with its maximum elevation of 10,947 feet to Billings.
