Is writing a book part of your retirement plan? Author Ed Linz will lead this interactive session via Zoom and will cover all the steps from inception of an idea for a book until it is published. We will examine all options for publishing from a nationally known publisher to "vanity" publishing to self-publishing. There will be a discussion of various types of writing including fiction, nonfiction, textbooks, poetry, and children's books.

Moderator: Ed Linz, a 1965 graduate of the Naval Academy, is the author of five books, including recent works on the Great Depression and the Vietnam War. He holds advanced degrees from Oxford Univ. and George Mason Univ. and lives in Maine and Virginia. He was the recipient of a heart transplant in 1994. He is a native of Northern Kentucky.
