We'll continue our journey through original Hollywood musicals featuring films of the late 1930s into the 1940s. Through film clips and discussion, we'll explore movies including "Pinocchio", "New Moon", "Fantasia", "Yankee Doodle Dandy", "Holiday Inn", "You Were Never Lovelier", "Road to Morocco", "Going My Way" and "Meet Me in St. Louis". Featured actors include Jeannette MacDonald, Nelson Eddy, Judy Garland, Bing Crosby, Bob Hope, Jimmy Cagney, and Fred Astaire.

Moderator: Doug Iden is a big fan of movies and theatrical musicals with an extensive collection of films and original Broadway scores. He has taught classes on Broadway and film at OLLI for several years.
