9701 SOLD OUT History of Cincinnati’s Coney Island

One-time in-Person | This class is completed

THIS PROGRAM IS AT CAPACITY. THANKS!

With the recent closing of Cincinnati’s Coney Island, local history writer Jeff Suess will talk about the amusement park’s 137-year history. We’ll move from its beginning as Parker’s Grove to the Island Queen, Moonlite Gardens, Sunlite Pool, and favorite rides, as well as the first closing of Coney Island and its connection to Kings Island. Be ready to share your own Coney memories. Jeff Suess is a history columnist for the Cincinnati
Enquirer and author of several books on Cincinnati history.
