Anxiety is not a stigma. It is worrying about some future event and a natural function of our minds. We will share ideas on how we can rewire our minds to tame anxieties. A few stories of adversity and ways of “recoding them in our minds” will help you begin your journey from pessimism to optimism, or from optimism to more optimism—the basic fuel for wellbeing. We'll review the tools in week one and come back the following week for discussion, reflection, and questions.
