Join us for this hands-on introduction to the world of silkscreen printing! In this exciting camp, students will learn the foundational techniques of professional screen printing. Campers will master the process of translating their original text into designs ready for print. Students will explore the essentials of negative space, bold line work, and text manipulation, and get hands-on experience with screens, squeegees, and fabric inks. Every camper will design and print their own custom design on a provided tote bag and t-Shirt. To further personalize their collection, students are encouraged to bring in their own t-shirts from home to transform into unique pieces of wearable art.
