1619. D. Holiday Gift: From Family Photo to Digital Art
Class - Digital Art | Available
Breathe new life into your treasured family photos by turning them into unique works of digital art. In this hands-on, two-week workshop, you’ll explore a variety of free and paid apps designed for laptops and tablets that make it easy to enhance, stylize, and creatively reinterpret your images.
We’ll cover everything from basic touch-ups and color adjustments to artistic filters, collage techniques, and painterly effects. You’ll learn how to combine tools for custom results, choose the right resolution for printing, and save files for sharing online or creating keepsakes.
Bring one or more of your own family photos (digital or scanned) and watch them transform into expressive, one-of-a-kind pieces you can frame, gift, or share. This workshop is beginner-friendly, but also offers advanced tips for those who want to push their creative boundaries.
