620. Adobe Lightroom Basics (Desktop)
Class - Photography | Available
Discover the power of Adobe Lightroom to organize, edit, and enhance your digital photographs. This three-week beginner-friendly course focuses on the desktop version of Lightroom and will guide you through the essentials of managing your photo library and developing a professional editing workflow. Photography has always been a two step process. The photo was taken and then the photo was made via chemicals, contrast filters, paper choices, etc. The 'making' part of photography was tied to the Darkroom but with Digital photography came a new method for enhancing and stylizing our images aka software aka 'The Dry Darkroom'.
- Students are encouraged to bring their own laptops to class and have the correct version of Lightroom (LrC) installed prior to the first class. If you do not have a lightroom subscription Sawtooth can provide you with a free 3-Month license with your enrollment.
