Class - Graphics 2D | Available

This class explores the theory and techniques used by French Impressionists like Monet and Renoir to create works with energy and vibrancy. Students may use oils or acrylics. Slide shows of master works, live demonstration paintings and individualized guidance. 

Class will be skipped 11/25/2025.

    • Paper Towels (Preferable-Bounty 3rd Sheet type)
    • 8X10 or 11X14 Canvases Palette- (Perfectly Acceptable)

Craig Richards

Craig has a deep love for the outdoors, spending most of his free time climbing, paddling and hiking. This love is reflected in the essence of his paintings and sculptures. His paintings are primarily in oils reflecting a variety of styles. His sculptures combine the feel of the natural world coupled with sparks of modern elements. He is the founding member of Triad Outdoor Painters a group of local artists in the NC Piedmont and Foothills and a long time member of Muddy River Art Association.
