9318. Parent + Kid Workshop: Gum Ball Machine

Work together with your child to build a fun gum ball dispenser. With an emphasis on workshop safety, the instructor will lead you through the project, teaching age-appropriate woodworking techniques that you and your cool kid can do together. You are encouraged to bring your own candy to try out your creation right away! Parents or guardians are welcome to sign up with kids aged 6 and up. No experience is necessary
Ages 6-12 + Parents/Guardians
Please reserve a spot for both guardian and child joining.
Additional Information:
- Each adult/youth pair will build one Gum Ball Machine.
- A $10 material fee will be charged with each registration.
- Registration will close one week prior to the start of class.

David Draper is a Technology and Engineering Design Teacher at Hanes Magnet Middle School in Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools. He has been a woodworker for 40+ years on professional and personal projects including custom cabinets, furniture, marquetry, and craft projects. He loves teaching all levels of ages and skills.
