Stitch Meditation

Art + Wellness | Available

Stitch Meditation™ is a tactile and centering active meditation practice that combines mindfulness and creative expression in stitch. The rhythmic motion of pushing a threaded needle in and out of fabric is a peaceful, calming way for us to connect to the here and now. Join me to experience a path towards cultivating a unique, personal and meaningful meditation practice. Stitch Meditation™ is less about ‘making art’ and more about the experience we will share together. By trusting in this process we enable our hearts to speak with needle and thread.   All supplies included.  Ages 12 and up.
