Marbling on Cotton
Class - Textiles | Available
Fabric marbling is the traditional art of floating paints on top of a thick solution called size, manipulating the paints into patterns, then transferring the pattern to an object by gently placing the object on top of the solution. Marbling lets you make your one-of-a-kind quilting or other fabric item.
In this class, students will learn a fun and easy way to marble on cotton fabric as they create pieces that can be used on tote bags, wall hangings, cell phone cases & more! Lots of colors available, fun for kids too! Ages 12 and up. Supply kit $5 payable directly to the instructor.
