9322. Parent + Kid Workshop: Bird House

Work together with your child to build a beautiful bird house. With an emphasis on workshop safety, the instructor will lead you through the project, teaching age-appropriate woodworking techniques that you and your cool kid can do together. Soon you will be able to welcome home a new bird family to your yard! Parents or guardians are welcome to sign up with one kid aged 6 and up. No experience is necessary
Additional Information:
- Both Participants (Parent/Guardian + Kid) must register for the class.
- Each adult/youth pair will build one Bird House.
- A $10 material fee will be charged with each registration.
- Registration will close one week prior to the start of class.
David Draper
David Draper is a Technology and Engineering Design Teacher at Hanes Magnet Middle School in Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools. He has been a woodworker for 40+ years on professional and personal projects including custom cabinets, furniture, marquetry, and craft projects. He loves teaching all levels of ages and skills.
