9049. Jewelry Chest

Make a six-drawer jewelry chest out of figured wood and line the drawers with fabric. For this project, you will develop your skills in casemaking and veneer. You'll also explore creating small drawer pulls from contrasting wood, and contouring the trim for your chest with the router table and band saw. Intermediate to advanced woodworking skills are required.
Additional Info:
- Registration will close one week prior to the start date of class
- A material fee of $60 will be added to your total at check out
- This class is scheduled for 8 weeks but will only be meeting for 7 weeks, with one week (Date TBD) as a break.

Understanding the technology of woodworking is necessary to being able to support this vision. We teach both expression and technology. The details can be demanding, but at the end of the day the student will take away a creation they love and value.
