In this intermediate class, students will expand their knowledge beyond the basics of knitting. This class is appropriate for those who have done a bit of knitting in the past and want to learn more.
Spring Duvall
Spring is a stitcher, spinner, knitter, and maker who uses foraged and natural materials to create useful and beautiful objects. As a scholar and professor, she also teaches fiber arts courses, contributes to craftivism projects, and studies Do-It-Yourself practices. After receiving a PhD in Journalism and Mass Communication, Spring now works as an Associate Professor of Communication and Media Studies at Salem College.
