Fall Photo Walk: County Fair (DAY)

Celebrate Fall and the opening of the county fair with a daytime led photowalk geared towards the variety of subjects available. From livestock to turkey legs, from people to performers, from rollercoasters to botany exhibitions. We will focus on the various colors, shapes, and people within the fairgrounds to create a dynamic portfolio. This is the companion class to photographing the county fair at nighttime. There is a 2nd class portfolio review combined with students from the Nighttime country fair class to share and review.
C. Stephen Hurst
C. Stephen Hurst recently moved to Winston-Salem from New York City where he spent many years as a professional photographer and instructor at the International School of Photography. Hurst is a self-taught photographer who emphasizes connection, anticipation, and communication through his process; some of Hurst’s photography clients have included the Disney Family Foundation, Nike, and Columbia Business School. Hurst holds a B.F.A. in Cinema Studies from New York University Tisch School of the Arts. Learn more about his work at amancalledhurst.com.
